Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Boolip (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Boolip is a platform for creating, sharing, and discovering casual HTML5 games generated from natural-language prompts using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on an as-is basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or 16 in the European Economic Area, or any higher age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 in jurisdictions where that is prohibited.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at safety@plai.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. User-Generated Content

When you submit a prompt or publish a generated game (collectively, “User Content”), you grant Boolip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works of your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Zero-Tolerance Content Policy

You agree not to submit prompts intended to produce, and not to publish or distribute via the Service, any content that is:

• Sexually explicit material involving minors (CSAM) — we report all such content to relevant authorities;
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material;
• Content that promotes or glorifies terrorism, mass violence, or self-harm;
• Hateful content targeting protected characteristics;
• Content designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate a specific individual;
• Instructions for creating weapons, drugs, or other dangerous goods;
• Content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy laws;
• Deceptive interfaces that imitate system dialogs or attempt to phish credentials;
• Malware, exploits, or any code that interferes with the Service or other users.

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and reporting to authorities. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content.

7. Moderation

You acknowledge and agree that prompts you submit and games you publish are subject to:

• Automated pre-generation filtering of your prompts;
• Automated post-generation review of generated game code and content;
• Automated playtesting in a sandbox environment before publication;
• Human review when reports are filed against your content or your prompt is flagged.

Boolip may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove any User Content, restrict its visibility, or suspend any account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

8. Reporting & Appeals

You may report content you believe violates these Terms via the in-app report flow on any game or creator profile, or by emailing safety@plai.app. We aim to respond to credible reports within 48 hours. If your content is removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may appeal by replying to the takedown notice.

9. Third-Party AI Processing

Generation of games on Boolip is powered by Anthropic’s Claude AI. When you submit a prompt, the prompt text is sent to Anthropic for processing under Anthropic’s terms. Image generation, where used, is provided by OpenAI. By using the Service, you consent to this third-party processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANT- ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR PRODUCE UNEXPECTED RESULTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PLAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boolip is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the version string above and require active users to re-accept the new Terms before continuing to use the Service.
